Perform all lab analytics services for a refinery operator in southern Germany. Determine quality parameters in input and intermediate areas and specification tests in the output area for all refinery products. Since the lab results are needed promptly, our roughly 20 employees determine these directly at the customer on the refinery grounds and subsequently transmit the results using an IT interface.
The qualitatively demanding analytics have been supplied to the customer's full satisfaction for several years; as a result the originally agreed contractual term was prematurely extended in the interest of both parties.
