In particular when procuring complex or large apparatus, on-schedule and specification-compliant fabrication is a key success factor for a plant construction project. Our project managers personally review the components (some of which are specified in-house) fabricated at the manufacturer and verify the progress and quality of the fabrication process. They take appropriate actions in response to complaints or if the delivery date is at risk.
