We simultaneously look at materials, media, and energy. This allows us to identify opportunities in the three named cost buckets for an operation. We analyze the process equipment, but also the plant operating modes and controls, operational procedures and instructions, and even including production planning. Our approach is adapted to each of the specifically defined objectives, ranging from cursory diagnostics for a large analysis area to detailed studies of individual process steps.
