Sewers are subject to an inspection and maintenance obligation within the meaning of the Water Resources Act, which is regulated in the Self-Monitoring Ordinance (EÜV). If these canals as well as other structural facilities for technical water protection are part of a facility pursuant to the AwSV, the inspection obligations are specified in the decision.
