No personal data (e.g. names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses) is collected via the InfraServ Gendorf websites unless you voluntarily choose to provide us with it (e.g. by filling out contact forms, registering, participating in surveys), respectively, provide your consent, or unless otherwise permitted by applicable laws and regulations for the protection of your personal data.

Pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject also has the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data.
