Assumption of complete pump maintenance for a partial plant. The maintenance strategy was developed on the basis of a prior RCM (= Reliability Centered Maintenance) analysis. In addition, the processes for pump specification, installation, maintenance, and inspection, including repair and recommissioning were optimized. In spite of higher plant uptime, the customer was able to permanently reduce the costs by 30% within three years.
