The tasks of our representatives include legal compliance with all consulting, control, and cooperation obligations of a representative, reporting to management, generating an annual report, and tracking changes to the law. The activities of a representative are segregated from his or her operational job functions and can therefore also be performed by our specialists in the various legal areas.
