IT systems – highly-redundant, secure, and scalable

Given the mission-critical relevance of IT systems, DOCUgroup specified very high availability and security objectives. In order to meet these requirements, InfraServ Gendorf developed a technology and support model with a maximum of customized service.
Based on customer feedback, we also developed a service action plan to improve our response on business-critical days based on a higher service level.
 
In addition to a hybrid cloud solution tailored to the customer's specific needs, we are also responsible for hosting email gateway services and for provisioning and operating the IT security systems.
